张积森,男,汉族,博士,教会,博士生导师,福建农林大学基因组与生物时刻商讨中心常务副主任。主要从事以甘蔗以及闽台区域特质作物基因组相配生物学性状商讨,终点对甘蔗的基因组学相配弘大性状的分子生物学进行了有系统的商讨。先后主捏863子课题、国度当然基金、国度重心研发花阵势课题、福建省农技体系缔造等商讨表情19项;参与国度当然科学基金表情和农业部表情等表情10项。2018年各人初度破译甘蔗基因组,商讨恶果发布在《Nature Genetics》,并荣登其网站封面。2022年,团队完成的甘蔗的种质资源演化的商讨已被《Nature Genetics》给与。张积森教会在Cell,Nature Genetics,PNAS, Genome Research,Genome biology,Current Opinion in Plant Biology,Plant Biotechnology Journal,Plant Cell & Environment,Journal of Experimental Botany等刊物上发表万般文章110篇,其中SCI收录论文72篇,援用次数2100屡次。是Nature communication, Communication Biology,Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics, Horticulture research等16个海外主流SCI期刊物应邀审稿东说念主,以及《科学通报》等国内杂刊的应邀审稿东说念主。法国国度商讨基金(French National Research Agency (ANR)) 评审各人、中国国度当然基金函评各人、福建省百东说念主倡导侦察各人。先后取得十四届福建省后生科技奖、中国产学研伙同立异恶果奖、广东科技向上二等奖。
